Join our dynamic team at SEGULA Technologies as a Driveline Test Engineer and play a pivotal role in supporting our esteemed customer. Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering accurate and reliable information from experienced colleagues to prepare for upcoming tests using cutting-edge methodologies.
- Planning, overseeing, and executing tests on driveline components and integrated vehicle systems in laboratory, track, or field settings.
- Identifying necessary test instrumentation, data acquisition, and control equipment.
- Providing guidance to laboratory staff and actively participating in the installation, setup, and operation of test automation and instrumentation.
- Establishing, adhering to, and documenting laboratory test procedures.
- Diagnosing issues and implementing corrective actions effectively.
- Interfacing efficiently with support teams and customers, including Design Engineering, Materials Engineering, and Manufacturing.
- Collecting and analyzing test data to identify trends and resolve issues.
- Communicating findings through formal technical reports.
- Ensuring timely scheduling and completion of tests in alignment with project milestones.
- Understanding priorities among various tests and planning accordingly.
- Coordinating with Test Cell Engineers to secure test room availability as needed.
