Are you ready to be a part of a dynamic field data collection team? Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join us in Fluberg, Norway. As a Driver/Data Collector, you will play a pivotal role in gathering essential visual data that supports informed decision-making in various sectors.
Project Overview
In this project, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality visuals of streets, key points of interest, and public spaces across EU countries. Equipped with advanced vehicles featuring removable 360° cameras and lidars, you will document comprehensive images of our surroundings. The data collected will be stored on onboard computers (SSD Drives) and utilized to enhance one of the world’s leading online mapping platforms.
Your primary responsibilities will include following pre-assigned routes to focus on public streets, commercial areas, and points of interest. To maintain the highest image quality, some areas may require revisiting during optimal weather conditions. The duration of this project varies based on the scope of work, with assignments typically lasting between 3 to 6 months.
Work Schedule: Full-time engagement during standard business hours (8 AM - 7 PM).
Recruitment Process: Candidates will undergo a safety driving test, an interview with a recruiter, and an onboarding process to ensure readiness for the role.
