Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is an exciting new German-Ukrainian defense collaboration between Quantum Systems and Frontline Robotics, initiated under the Build with Ukraine program. This venture marks a significant milestone as it enables the industrial-scale production of Ukrainian drones in Europe, seamlessly merging battlefield-tested Ukrainian technology with German industrial automation. Together, we are pioneering a transformative model of cross-border defense co-production known as the German Model.
As a Drone Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in our Production Team, spearheading the launch and ongoing success of our innovative multicopter production line that incorporates cutting-edge technologies from Ukraine.
Your responsibilities will encompass the assembly of drones from prefabricated components, ensuring meticulous attention to detail to uphold our rigorous quality standards. You will collaborate closely with teams from Production Planning, Quality Assurance, Flight Test, and Supply Chain to facilitate smooth production workflows and deliver outstanding products.

Your Daily Mission:
Execute sub-assembly and final assembly of components for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and ground control stations.
Assemble drones from prefabricated parts such as motors, lightweight frames, wiring, and cameras, with a focus on precision and care.
Utilize tools including screwdrivers, magnifiers, and potentially a soldering iron to maintain our high-quality standards.
Ensure your workspace is clean and organized.
Your Work Environment:
You will work in a specialized production area equipped with boxes of components, motors, frames, wires, cameras, and the necessary tools for assembly.
Training and support will be provided by the lead Technician and Head of Production.
