Qualifications
Required Profile:- 2-6 years of experience in the automotive industry is preferred.- Candidates with experience in other industries may also be considered.- Must possess a valid Thai driving license and have access to a personal vehicle. Educational Background:- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred; other engineering disciplines will also be considered.- Proficiency in both Thai and English (spoken, written, and reading) is essential. Desirable Qualities:- International experience is advantageous.- Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus.- A strong passion for automobiles and a desire to learn new skills.- Service-oriented with a flexible mindset and adaptability.- Ability to multitask and exhibit hands-on skills.- Capable of working independently and under pressure.- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, along with effective communication and coordination abilities.

- Oversee routes and test events, ensuring main inspections, maintenance checks, and measurements are conducted.
- Generate comprehensive test reports.
- Download and validate data acquisition.
- Communicate findings to clients.
- Travel to test locations and supervise partnerships involved in testing.
- Lead and manage a team of drivers.
