Role overview
The Account Executive plays a key part in expanding Arch’s reach and driving revenue growth. This position centers on acquiring new enterprise and strategic accounts, engaging directly with key stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients receive value from the platform.
What you will do
- Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers at institutions, investment advisory firms, accounting firms, and other financial organizations that benefit from Arch’s solutions.
- Oversee the entire client acquisition process, including lead generation, qualification, product demonstrations, and closing deals.
- Partner with teams across Partnerships, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership to attract new clients.
- Relay insights and feedback from client conversations to Engineering and Operations to support product improvements.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of sales experience in a SaaS technology environment, preferably at a growth-stage startup.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
