Role Overview: Account Executive (Remote, Panama)

This remote Account Executive role supports a fast-growing SaaS company. The position focuses on B2B sales and suits those who combine strong closing skills with a consultative approach and a genuine interest in technology solutions.

The Account Executive manages the full sales process, from first contact with qualified leads through to closing deals. Collaboration with Sales Development Representatives and marketing teams is key to driving revenue growth.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee every stage of the sales cycle: discovery, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
  • Convert qualified inbound and outbound leads into long-term customers.
  • Deliver tailored product demos that address each client's specific challenges.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in B2B organizations.
  • Partner with SDRs to develop a strong sales pipeline and qualify leads.
  • Use CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce to track sales activities and pipeline accurately.
  • Meet or exceed set monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Share market insights to help refine product positioning and messaging.
