Role Overview
Cultivate and enhance relationships with key referral sources, including hospital case managers, physicians, medical assistants, and discharge planners, to boost patient admissions and expand our presence in the market.
Leverage market data, penetration metrics, and competitive analysis to strategically prioritize accounts and maximize impact.
Candidate Profile
Demonstrated success in sales, marketing, or account management, ideally within home health sectors. Experience in hospice, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), or infusion pharmacy will also be considered.
Highly independent, motivated, and competitive. You take full responsibility for your accounts and actively seek results.
Analytical and results-driven. You utilize data to organize your schedule, evaluate account progress, and inform your strategic decisions.
Exceptional communicator and relationship builder. You possess the ability to establish trust with clinical professionals.
Open to coaching and focused on personal growth. You appreciate constructive feedback and actively pursue opportunities for development.
Compensation Package
