Join Albireo Energy as we embark on an exciting growth journey! We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive profitable sales growth in the Denver area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in owner direct sales or the plan and spec market, ideally within a large organization that values a disciplined approach to account management and competitive bidding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and foster relationships with end users, design/build contractors, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, large owner accounts, and ESCOs.
- Collaborate with consulting engineers to assist in the design and specification of control system applications.
- Estimate material, labor, and subcontractor costs for control system applications based on detailed plans and specifications.
- Work closely with the Operations Department to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive technical scope of work proposals and presentations for consulting engineers that clearly communicate our value proposition.
- Schedule meetings with customers, uncover opportunities, and effectively promote Albireo Energy’s capabilities.
- Negotiate pricing and scope of work with contractors and end users to secure advantageous agreements.
- Lead sales efforts for new installations, service, and maintenance products.
- Participate in sales meetings and training seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with fellow sales executives in a team selling approach.
- Achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets to support company growth.
