Key Responsibilities
- Execute impactful sales calls and product demonstrations that effectively showcase key features, benefits, and value propositions. Address prospect queries, manage objections, and illustrate how our offerings meet their business needs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients. Understand their unique business challenges, objectives, and workflows. Build credibility and position Crewbloom as a trusted advisor.
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads by evaluating business fit, pain points, budget, and buying intent, ensuring that only viable opportunities progress through the sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track opportunities. Maintain accurate and updated records of all engagements and activities while prioritizing leads to effectively meet or surpass sales targets.
- Employ strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Understand budgets, decision-making processes, and timelines to adeptly navigate the sales cycle and close business successfully.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to guarantee a seamless transition of accounts and alignment across the sales strategy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Provide insights to internal teams to continuously enhance sales strategies and product positioning.
