Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with ServiceNow and clients to identify their business challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, showcasing deep product knowledge of ServiceNow and its strategic implications for client roadmaps.
- Generate new business opportunities through personal initiative and collaboration with our inside sales and marketing teams.
- Build strong relationships across our service delivery team throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Stay informed on ServiceNow developments by attending relevant conferences and industry events.
- Develop strategic deal outlines for each opportunity, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow and NewRocket's delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting through timely updates in Salesforce.
