The Role
We are seeking a top-tier Account Executive in New York to lead revenue growth through a proactive outbound sales strategy. You will engage in aggressive prospecting, manage fast-paced sales cycles (approximately one month), and efficiently close deals. With dedicated SDR support, you'll have the opportunity to quickly build your pipeline and achieve remarkable earnings.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle: proactively prospect outbound leads, conduct engaging sales meetings, and close deals swiftly.
- Utilize dedicated SDR resources to enhance your prospecting and outbound effectiveness.
- Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Ensure meticulous pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy.
- Collaborate with leadership, product, and marketing teams to refine strategies and messaging.
- Represent our brand with professionalism, urgency, and confidence in every interaction.
Requirements
- 8+ months of proven closing experience.
- Successful track record in pipeline generation and closing through outbound sales.
- Highly competitive and driven personality with a strong desire to exceed goals.
- Comfortable managing fast-paced sales cycles (approximately one month per deal).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to excel onsite in NYC within a vibrant, collaborative startup culture.
