We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to be part of our expanding sales team in Paris. In this hybrid role, you will serve as the primary liaison for your designated accounts, driving both new business growth and renewal revenues while fortifying long-lasting customer partnerships.
The Impact You’ll Make
As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing and expanding a portfolio of customer accounts in your territory.
Facilitating renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and pursuing new logo opportunities.
Achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas (100%+ achievement expected).
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and referenceability.
Building a robust pipeline (3x coverage for new business) and ensuring forecast accuracy above 90%.
You will play a pivotal role in increasing our presence among existing clients while identifying and closing new opportunities through structured discovery and value-based selling.
