What Role Are We Looking to Fill?
As an
Account Manager with Massive Rocket, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth while fostering and maintaining long-lasting client relationships. Positioned within the sales team, you will engage in both
new business development and
account growth, identifying opportunities, crafting solutions, and ensuring that clients continuously derive value from our offerings.
Collaborating closely with Client Partners and delivery teams, you will develop compelling, customized proposals that address client needs within CRM, data, and MarTech. From the initial contact through onboarding and growth phases, you will guarantee a seamless and exceptional client experience.
In addition to acquiring new business, you will take charge of a portfolio of accounts, cultivating strong relationships, pinpointing expansion opportunities, and contributing to strategic roadmaps that foster enduring partnerships. You will serve as a vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment, quality delivery, and commercial success.
