KIKO MILANO is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Dublin, Leinster location. This role supports the Store Manager in driving commercial results, developing team members, and delivering strong customer experiences. When the Store Manager is absent, the Assistant Store Manager leads daily operations and ensures continuity in store performance.
Main Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership and Store Performance
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Analyze store metrics such as average transaction value, units per transaction, and conversion rates to inform business decisions.
- Promote a results-oriented culture by setting clear expectations, tracking progress, and recognizing team achievements.
- Support the rollout of commercial initiatives, new product launches, and in-store promotions to increase customer engagement.
People Leadership and Team Development
- Lead by example on the sales floor, motivating the team through visible, energetic leadership.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members to align with store needs.
- Coach and mentor staff with regular feedback and ongoing development conversations.
- Plan for future talent needs by building strong succession plans and supporting internal growth.
- Foster an inclusive, high-trust environment where all team members feel valued and supported.
Customer Experience
- Uphold and model the KIKO customer service approach, ensuring a premium experience for every visitor.
- Ensure the team delivers expert product knowledge and tailored service to each customer.
- Set the standard for customer engagement and brand storytelling on the shop floor.
- Seek out and implement feedback and new ideas to continually improve the customer journey.
