Role Overview:
This role requires a proactive, results-oriented copywriter who excels in crafting persuasive and engaging content. You will transform complex scientific information into captivating, conversion-driven messaging that enhances brand awareness, builds trust, and drives revenue.
As a versatile writer, you will create compelling ad copy, long-form content, product narratives, and thought leadership pieces, continually refining your work based on performance metrics and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Generate impactful copy for diverse channels including campaigns, emails, SMS, product pages, ads, blogs, and social media.
- Product Messaging: Develop clear, benefit-focused narratives that simplify complex scientific concepts.
- Channel Adaptation: Tailor brand messaging for specific platforms to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with design, growth, and lifecycle teams to execute marketing initiatives and optimizations.
- A/B Testing: Create variants for headlines, CTAs, and ad copy to enhance performance metrics.
- SEO Content: Write SEO-optimized editorial and blog content to bolster organic growth.
- Thought Leadership: Craft LinkedIn content to elevate brand and founder visibility.
- Expertise Translation: Convert internal insights into credible narratives that resonate with external audiences.
- Voice Consistency: Maintain a cohesive executive tone that reflects scientific authority.
- Internal Communication: Review and update internal documents for clarity and consistency.
- Messaging Improvement: Identify and rectify inconsistencies in messaging.
- Team Alignment: Ensure internal teams are informed about brand positioning and narrative standards.
Qualifications:
- 3–6+ years of experience in copywriting or content marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or wellness.
- Proven expertise in writing across multiple formats, from short ads to long-form articles.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in content strategy.
- Ability to analyze and adapt content based on performance data.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
