- Coordinate and confirm appointments, updating leaders on the status and progress.
- Oversee and maintain calendars and appointments efficiently.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and mailing, in addition to making calls.
- Execute word processing tasks and organize data through research.
- Maintain and manage contact lists effectively.
- Prepare legal documents, including retainers for review, signing, and monitoring fee payments.
- Uphold professionalism and confidentiality with all materials and interactions.
- Manage social media channels and communicate client insights and concerns.
- Order and manage office supplies as needed.
