Key Responsibilities:Manage the CEO's calendar and that of the executive team by scheduling meetings, preparing summaries of pre-meeting materials, and establishing clear agendas. Attend meetings, take comprehensive notes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up. Facilitate communication across various channels on behalf of the CEO. Prepare correspondence, documents, contracts, and proposals in both English and Arabic for various stakeholders. Collect and analyze product feedback from customers and vendors on a regular basis. Generate weekly data-driven reports that provide insights for decision-making. Design and deliver presentations internally and externally. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO. Organize events of varying sizes, from small meetings to large gatherings. Assist in recruitment and hiring processes. Monitor and optimize team expenditures. Submit and reconcile expense reports for the CEO. Oversee office management duties. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the CEO. Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution; a Master's Degree is advantageous.7 to 9 years of experience in administrative, project management, or related positions. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Proficient in technology, including Google Drive and spreadsheet applications. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Excellent numerical skills and proficiency in quantitative analysis. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Arabic. Demonstrates leadership, self-motivation, teamwork, and critical thinking abilities.
