We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and analytical Growth Marketer to enhance our multi-channel demand generation strategies within the Digital Marketing and Lead Generation landscape. As a fully remote position, you will work in tandem with our leadership, sales, and content teams to launch impactful campaigns, optimize performance metrics, and develop scalable programs that ensure a steady influx of qualified leads.

The perfect candidate is meticulous, technologically adept, and deeply invested in contemporary growth marketing techniques, possessing practical experience with HubSpot and a strong enthusiasm for data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Campaign Management

  • Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaigns through email, social media, paid advertising, and video content.
  • Partner with content teams to weave cohesive messaging, assets, and content into campaigns.
  • Assist in campaign setup, quality assurance, audience management, and scheduling under the guidance of leadership.
  • Gather performance metrics, generate reports, and analyze trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Facilitate marketing nurture flows by uploading content, overseeing workflow processes, and ensuring timely execution.

Sales Outreach & Sequences

  • Design, refine, and update sales outreach sequences within HubSpot, including templates, scripts, and automated follow-up workflows.
  • Develop targeted audience lists and segment them to align messaging with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and campaign objectives.
  • Track sequence performance and provide recommendations for messaging, timing, and audience segmentation improvements.
  • Support A/B testing of subject lines, message variations, and sending strategies.
  • Prepare outreach schedules for events, product launches, and specific account lists.

Website, SEO/AEO & Conversion Optimization

  • Assist in updating web pages, optimizing call-to-action placements, creating forms, and enhancing landing pages.
  • Prepare content updates and digital assets to boost search visibility and conversion rates.
  • Transform existing content (blogs, videos, etc.) into outreach-ready marketing assets.

Marketing Technology & Performance Optimization

  • Leverage HubSpot and related tools to build workflows, landing pages, dashboards, and automated marketing programs.
  • Ensure data cleanliness for outreach, reporting, segmentation, and attribution purposes.
  • Engage in testing initiatives, including A/B tests, send-time experiments, and creative variations to enhance performance across various channels.
