The Healthcare Account Executive at A Place for Mom plays a key role in supporting families in Dayton, OH as they transition from hospital or skilled nursing facility stays. This outside sales position focuses on connecting families with senior living or in-home care options at critical moments of discharge. Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and maintaining a steady referral pipeline are central to this work.
What you will do
- Coordinate with families and healthcare providers to arrange timely senior community or home care placements following hospital stays.
- Achieve monthly referral and placement goals through proactive outreach and account management within the Dayton market.
- Grow and maintain a network that includes social workers, case managers, and discharge planners in hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.
- Increase referral activity and placements by expanding your portfolio of accounts.
- Develop new relationships through networking, cold calling, and presentations, and follow up on discharge outcomes to highlight the value of A Place for Mom’s services.
- Guide families through care options, partnering with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to ensure the best fit after discharge.
- Work closely with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet targets for community move-ins and in-home care arrangements.
- Utilize CRM reports to manage and track your sales pipeline.
- Test new initiatives and processes within your territory and provide feedback to improve available tools.
