Job Purpose:
As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be instrumental in driving corporate sales initiatives aimed at expanding our client base. Your focus will be on meeting and exceeding sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the company. Your role includes crafting persuasive presentations and insightful reports, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Identify and onboard new clients, while exploring avenues for business expansion.
- Strategically plan and achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Develop compelling presentations and comprehensive Excel reports for both new and existing clients.
- Manage daily sales activities, including negotiations and finalizing deals.
- Address and resolve existing client needs and concerns effectively.
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Drive sales and revenue objectives, ensuring timely collections and minimizing client turnover.
- Introduce innovative tech solutions to our client base and proactively address their challenges.
- Adhere to company policies to align with organizational objectives.
- Assist in various company initiatives as directed by management.
- Utilize company software to monitor client portfolios and track closed deals.
