Role Overview
This is an exciting and diverse position that offers the chance to actively participate in formulating and executing a marketing strategy designed to bolster the success of our innovative, rapidly expanding enhanced supported living services. This role will be instrumental in driving traffic to our website, engaging with stakeholders via our social media platforms, conducting direct marketing campaigns, and ensuring our representation at relevant external conferences and exhibitions is on point.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that outlines objectives concerning the website, social media, campaigns, and public relations.
- Create compelling content for new service launches across social media, online platforms, brochures, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the business development team to pinpoint where marketing efforts should be concentrated to meet organizational goals.
- Oversee the management of our social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, to promote services, enhance engagement, and support recruitment efforts.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales teams to maximize visibility and follow-up opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns using MailChimp, analyzing campaign performance to inform future initiatives.
- Oversee brand management and maintain corporate identity.
- Produce a diverse array of marketing materials, writing copy, and collaborating with external agencies on artwork production.
- Ensure effective internal communications to keep all relevant departments informed of marketing objectives.
- Engage with external publications to create advertising, editorial, or advertorial opportunities.
- Assist in crafting persuasive industry award nominations, such as for the Nursing Times Awards and Lang Buisson Healthcare Awards.
- Manage the organization’s presence at industry conferences and exhibitions, ensuring marketing materials, giveaways, and exhibition stands are prepared.
- Track and evaluate all marketing activities to assess their effectiveness and return on investment.
