Responsibilities
Office Operations & Facilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance, security, and workspace optimization.
- Manage office documentation and procedural standards.
- Monitor the office budget and track all expenses.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
- Oversee inventory systems for office supplies, snacks, and equipment.
- Coordinate with building management for maintenance, repairs, and amenity access.
- Facilitate office relocations and seating arrangements.
- Respond to employee inquiries and requests within set service level agreements.
Office Culture & Cross-functional Support
- Create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors through exceptional customer service at the front desk.
