About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Product Manager who thrives on tackling complex challenges, bringing structure to chaos, and driving significant, measurable transformation. If you possess experience in business analysis or consulting and are ready to take ownership of impactful products, this is your chance to play a critical role in shaping our company’s operations.
You will be instrumental in advancing our digital transformation agenda, delving deep into our operational framework, redesigning current team workflows, and creating systems, automations, and processes that will underpin our next growth phase. Each day will present new challenges: from mapping compliance processes to evaluating treasury automation tools and enhancing AI-powered support for our teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Eliminating manual, disjointed processes that hinder organizational efficiency.
- Implementing financial automation across reconciliation, treasury, and reporting functions.
- Revamping customer support tools using Amazon Connect and establishing a unified internal portal.
- Introducing AI-driven compliance, legal, and service workflows.
- Facilitating self-service through low-code AI agents to reduce reliance on operations teams.
- Integrating the systems and processes of both companies into a cohesive, scalable operating model.
