Salary: £22,000 plus £2,000 commission!
Location: Belgravia, South West London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM

We are seeking a motivated and organized Property Administrator to support our property management and lettings departments in their daily operations. Your Role as a Property Administrator:
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Updating property listings across various portals, window displays, and maintaining the property database for effective marketing.
- Preparing and managing all sales and lettings documentation, liaising with vendors, solicitors, and landlords.
- Conducting Money Laundering checks and ensuring adherence to all necessary procedures.
- Providing administrative support to negotiators and managers as needed, including various ad hoc tasks.
- Overseeing office management tasks, including ordering and maintaining office supplies and facilities.
