Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 plus commission

Main Responsibilities:
- Acting as a liaison between landlords and tenants to address inquiries and concerns
- Following up on outstanding tenancy arrears
- Issuing necessary notices
- Conducting property inspections
- Negotiating deposit returns
- Ensuring compliance with GSR certification
- Adhering to TDS regulations
- Managing daily maintenance issues
- Keeping all records up to date within the system
