Main Responsibilities of the Property Manager

Engaging with Landlords and Tenants to address their inquiries and concerns
Proactively pursuing outstanding tenancy arrears
Issuing necessary Notices as required
Conducting property inspections
Negotiating deposit returns
Ensuring compliance with GSR certification
Adhering to TDS regulations
Managing day-to-day maintenance issues
Updating system notes accurately and timely
