Role Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will oversee the complete hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to placement and client liaison. We are seeking a motivated professional who thrives under pressure and can achieve monthly placement targets while nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

A - Sourcing and Interviewing

  • Identify and attract candidates through various sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and suitability for our clients.
  • Perform internal assessments, including grammar checks and initial interviews.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and documentation for client submissions while managing the interview and selection process efficiently.

B - Project Management

  • Define and document job descriptions and specifications.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress post-launch and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with Recruitment Managers for updates and status reports.

C - Candidate Management

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about job postings and interview results.

D - Client Management

  • Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and present shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide updates to clients regarding candidate status.
