Your Role: As an RDA at Potranco Smiles, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and preparing patients for dental examinations, ensuring their comfort.
- Taking precise digital X-rays of high quality.
- Assisting dentists during various treatment procedures.
- Maintaining a sterile and organized exam and treatment environment.
- Educating patients about treatment options and aftercare.
- Providing teeth polishing and applying sealants.
- Managing patient appointments and care effectively.
- Adhering to strict sterilization standards.
- Creating a warm and engaging atmosphere for patients throughout their visit.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant License.
- Certifications in Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, and Coronal Polishing (training available for the right candidate).
- Experience with digital X-rays and charting.
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
- A self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional.
