Overview

We are on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Registered Nurse (RN) to become part of our dedicated team, upholding our high standards of quality care. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience. This is a full-time position located in one of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
  • Exhibit clinical proficiency as an RN, including administering medications, establishing a sterile field, and sterilizing medical equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers regarding clinical and surgical schedules to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of clinical and surgical notes.
  • Deliver the highest level of patient care and service consistently.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures to foster positive patient outcomes.
  • Enhance physician patient retention by providing exceptional care and experiences.
  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership.
