This position is available at our two new Lego stores located in the departures lounge of both the North and South terminals at London Gatwick Airport. We are searching for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team, those who share a love for excellence and all things Lego!
At Lagardère Travel Retail, exceptional service is at the core of our operations. Our goal is for every customer who enters our stores to be welcomed by a friendly team of Sales Advisors, ready to provide expert assistance and advice. In your role as a Sales Advisor, you will engage in all aspects of our bustling store, delivering top-notch customer service both on the sales floor and at the till point.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
- Warmly greeting customers with a friendly smile
- Assisting customers in selecting products
- Promoting additional sales opportunities
- Ensuring every customer receives excellent service consistently
- Managing customer service from start to finish, including till operations
Inventory Management
- Maintaining a fully stocked store
- Performing goods receiving duties
- Conducting stocktaking and ensuring inventory compliance
- Engaging in merchandising and pricing activities
Store Maintenance and Safety
- Keeping the store well-presented at all times
- Ensuring the safe use of cleaning materials
- Maintaining tidiness in the store and stock rooms in accordance with Health & Safety regulations
- Reporting potential hazards on the shop floor or in the stock room to management
Security Awareness
- Ensuring the security of stock on the shop floor and compliance with till inventory
- Being responsible for shop floor security during your shift
- Being aware of potential security risks within the airport environment
