About the job

Schedule: Mountain Standard Time (Dayshift) (Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm MST)

As an SDR, you will initiate conversations with prospects, assess their insurance needs, and set appointments for our licensed insurance agents. Your ability to build rapport and trust quickly is crucial to converting leads into actual policy sales.

This is not a call-center position; we are looking for individuals who can think critically, communicate confidently, and thrive in a regulated insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone and email.
  • Utilize structured outreach strategies, scripts, and qualification methods.
  • Engage with prospects to determine their insurance requirements, coverage gaps, and eligibility.
  • Pre-qualify leads by assessing their interest levels, decision-making readiness, and timing.
  • Schedule confirmed appointments for licensed insurance agents.
  • Accurately record and maintain detailed information in CRM systems.
  • Consistently meet or surpass performance targets, including a daily call volume of 100–200+ calls.
  • Perform follow-up and reminder calls leading up to scheduled appointments.
  • Communicate proactively with internal sales teams regarding appointment statuses.
  • Effectively manage reschedules and no-show situations, which are common in insurance sales.
