Join our team as a Tech Sales Executive, where you will handle incoming calls from customers experiencing issues with their printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your role will involve diagnosing problems and recommending the most suitable technical support plans, as well as selling relevant software to enhance their experience.
We are seeking candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in inbound/outbound technical support within an international BPO environment. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to effectively close calls, demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, and have experience troubleshooting a variety of technical issues including computers, printers, broadband, routers, email problems, Mac devices, iPhones, and iPads. Flexibility to work night shifts is essential.
Salary is negotiable based on your experience and previous/current CTC, along with attractive incentives. Immediate joining is preferred.
