What We Offer:
• Competitive pay of £39.75 for each 3-hour route block, increasing to £42.75 during the Christmas Incentive period (2nd November 2025 to 27th December 2025 for maintaining 100% reliability and ensuring no damage to the bike).
• Enjoy weekly payments along with performance bonuses that can reach up to £120 per week.
• Work 2 to 3 route blocks daily, across 3 to 6 days a week, which may include necessary weekend shifts.
• Flexible start times around 9 AM, 12 PM, or 3 PM.
• All necessary equipment, including a bike, PPE, and comprehensive training, will be provided.
• Be part of a supportive, close-knit team with fair scheduling practices.
• Immediate start dates are available.
Your Responsibilities:
• Safely deliver parcels and small items across Manchester City Centre using an electric cargo bike.
• Represent Spotted Bee with a friendly demeanor, demonstrating politeness, patience, and professionalism.
• Conduct routine bike checks to ensure optimal performance.
Essential Requirements:
• Candidates must be 18 years or older due to age-restricted deliveries.
• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• A minimum of a provisional driving licence is required.
• Willingness to undergo background checks.
• Availability to work during weekends.
