Role Overview:
As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will report to the E-Commerce Manager and play a vital role in executing and optimizing our digital strategy. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who will manage daily site functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the growth of impactful e-commerce programs designed to boost revenue and enhance the customer experience. We are seeking a proactive, collaborative, and digitally savvy candidate who is passionate about clean beauty and eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Operations & Content Management:
- Oversee daily website operations to ensure alignment with the DTC marketing calendar, including timely updates for product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Execute all Shopify content updates, including new product listings and homepage changes.
- Conduct QA testing for all site updates, ensuring accuracy, functionality, compliance, and performance.
- Assist in launching new e-commerce initiatives and performance optimization tools.
- Support ongoing conversion and AOV improvements through testing and rollout initiatives.
2. Promotions & Campaign Execution
- Implement and test sitewide promotions and campaign assets across digital channels.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to manage requests for website assets supporting promotional efforts.
3. Channel & Platform Management
- Manage e-commerce platforms and the Affiliate Program on a daily basis.
- Optimize listings and merchandising strategies to support growth.
