Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Assistant specializing in Shopify e-commerce. In this pivotal role, you will oversee order status updates, manage Shopify orders, liaise with vendors, reconcile invoices, and track purchase orders. We seek a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a knack for efficiently handling customer service inquiries and facilitating vendor communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and update Shopify orders to ensure accuracy and prompt fulfillment.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage shipments, track orders, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Handle customer inquiries through email and various communication platforms.
- Reconcile invoices and monitor purchase orders (POs).
- Utilize Excel, Shopify, VRP, Brightpearl, Slack, and Front App to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Facilitate seamless communication among vendors, customers, and internal teams.
