Addon Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the roles of E-commerce Executive and E-commerce Manager at our Ahmedabad office. The successful candidates will oversee the comprehensive operations of our E-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, and Flipkart.

1. E-commerce Manager
2. E-commerce Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach the team to enhance service performance
- Oversee order processing, delivery, and returns for customer orders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand and marketing strategies in the E-commerce space
- Utilize data analytics to drive business activities
- Identify and establish strategic business partnerships
- Design and implement customer retention and loyalty programs
- Introduce innovative e-commerce initiatives
- Manage disaster recovery plans, ensuring preventive and corrective measures are in place
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
- Monitor order fulfillment via store pickup or delivery services
- Analyze sales, promotions, and marketing activities across digital platforms
- Maintain and operate existing IT infrastructure according to standard procedures
- Prepare insightful reports based on data mining outcomes
- Provide specialized knowledge for technology strategy and roadmap development
- Track and report on business outcomes driven by data insights
