About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to assist with e-commerce operations and creative production in a dynamic environment. This role demands excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the capability to manage diverse tasks independently while ensuring all responsibilities are completed promptly.

Key Responsibilities

Process and oversee daily orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Coordinate and monitor inventory and stock transfers with warehouses and partners.
Deliver prompt customer service and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Update website visuals and assist in product page enhancements.
Facilitate retailer onboarding with product catalogs and sales materials.
Create and modify creative assets using Canva, Photoshop, and AI tools.
Develop basic marketing collateral such as postcards, price lists, and one-sheets.
Provide administrative support to the CEO and operations team as required.

Requirements

Proficiency in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with e-commerce platforms.
Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Canva, Photoshop (or equivalent), AI tools, and Google Sheets/Docs (or equivalent).
A quiet home office setup with stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and a backup connection.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
