The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, organized, and has a proven track record of navigating Amazon Seller Central and similar platforms effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all product listings on Amazon and BWP, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and brand consistency.
  • Monitor stock levels across platforms and collaborate with the warehouse team for timely restocking and updates.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze store performance metrics, providing actionable insights to boost sales and improve service quality.
  • Manage order processing, fulfillment coordination, and returns efficiently.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to devise and implement promotional strategies.
