Your Role

As the face of the Valk Store, you serve as the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You ensure that orders are processed seamlessly, providing customers with the recognizable Van der Valk experience both online and offline. You are responsible for customer contact and service, addressing inquiries and complaints personally, and analyzing these interactions to continuously improve service quality. Furthermore, you meticulously monitor order management and inventory levels to ensure that customers can order with peace of mind.

Your role extends beyond execution: you identify trends, pinpoint bottlenecks, and generate reports on popular products and ordering behavior. You will share these insights with the Marketing and Campaign team to align promotions with customer preferences. Building strong relationships with suppliers, you collaborate on solutions to challenges and actively contribute to process optimizations. By doing so, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the supplier process and establish a solid foundation for growth and advancement opportunities within Van der Valk.

Your Team

The Operations team consists of 10 motivated colleagues who act as the vital link between hotels, guests, and other departments. Together, you ensure that hotels are optimally supported and that guests always feel welcome and valued.
