Your Role

As the face of the Valk Store, you are the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You ensure orders are processed smoothly, allowing customers to experience the distinct Van der Valk hospitality, both online and offline. You are responsible for customer interaction and service, addressing inquiries and complaints personally while analyzing them to continuously improve services. Additionally, you closely monitor order management and inventory to ensure customers can order with peace of mind.

Your responsibilities go beyond mere execution: you identify trends, pinpoint bottlenecks, and prepare reports on popular products and purchasing behavior. You share these insights with the Marketing and Campaign team to better align actions and promotions with customer needs. By cultivating strong relationships with suppliers, you contribute to problem-solving and actively participate in process optimizations. This role allows you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the supplier process, laying a solid foundation for growth and advancement opportunities within Van der Valk.
