We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Project Manager (EPM) to lead our partners and enhance a consumer brand’s presence on Amazon. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in the Philippines while ensuring the smooth operation of our Amazon Vendor Central (1P) activities. The ideal candidate is a versatile Amazon operator capable of managing daily operational tasks, prioritizing accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
The EPM will serve as the primary coordinator for all Amazon-related initiatives, executing tactical and technical responsibilities that allow our internal team to concentrate on strategic growth, analytics, and innovation. This position demands in-depth knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central workflows, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving issues before they affect business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Amazon Operations & Execution:
- Oversee daily operations within Amazon Vendor Central (1P).
- Manage ASIN creation, catalog setup, and ongoing maintenance.
- Upload and ensure compliance documentation is up to date to avoid product suppression.
- Efficiently resolve Amazon-generated issues, tickets, and escalations.
- Assist with listing creation and updates based on product line lists and launch schedules.
- Data Quality & Catalog Audits:
- Conduct routine catalog audits to maintain accuracy in titles, pricing, content, and attributes.
- Perform PDP audits to ensure pricing is consistent with promotional plans.
- Monitor Buy Box ownership and price matching behaviors.
- Ensure product detail pages display accurate, current information.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Act as the liaison between internal teams and Amazon.
- Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables to guarantee timely completion.
- Identify risks, inconsistencies, or recurring issues and propose actionable solutions.
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting for projects.
- Launch & Growth Support:
- Assist with new product launches and ongoing catalog expansion.
- Help manage master files, uploads, and extensive updates as necessary.
- Ensure Amazon data matches internal systems and standards.
