This pivotal position is key to advancing our practice by expanding our team, enhancing technical expertise, establishing national consistency, strengthening client relationships, and amplifying our market presence across ANZ.

Your Impact:

  • Oversee and cultivate national teams responsible for ecological assessments, restoration initiatives, and biodiversity strategies across diverse regions.
  • Integrate ecology into multidisciplinary engineering, planning, and infrastructure projects.
  • Formulate and execute innovative strategies focused on biodiversity conservation and habitat rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including government entities and local communities, to advocate for sustainable practices.
  • Pioneer digital advancements in ecological methodologies, software, workflow enhancements, and automation.
  • Incorporate ESG principles and AECOM’s Sustainable Legacies strategy into ecological services and project execution.
  • Enhance the positioning of our ecology services, including cross-selling opportunities across business lines and regions.
  • Lead critical pursuits, including proposal evaluations, tender discussions, and strategic input for bids.
