A consultative approach is essential as you work to identify and fulfill the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and engage with strategic prospects to establish partnerships with Visualsoft.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects to facilitate meaningful conversations and relationships.
- Nurture and develop connections with key partners until live opportunities are recognized.
- Leverage industry insights to identify and maximize new business opportunities.
- Set and work towards achievable targets and KPIs on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Utilize consultative discovery meetings to understand prospect pain points and confidently recommend tailored solutions.
- Compile and present proposals based on insights gathered during the discovery phase.
Departmental Goals
- Achieve the Monthly Recurring Revenue target set for the department.
- Meet the target for monthly prospect meetings.
- Generate self-sourced proposals as per departmental targets.
- Align personal and team objectives with Visualsoft's overarching goals.
- Support departmental targets and contribute towards achieving set objectives.
