Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & CRM: Take charge of Klaviyo execution for demand generation and user retention through targeted campaigns and email flows. You will set up campaigns, analyze their performance, and implement enhancements, with design resources available to assist in creating compelling content. Website Management & CRO: Oversee the management of our UK and newly launched US Shopify stores. Identify conversion optimization opportunities, write specifications, and liaise with our web development agency to enhance the user experience. You will also be tasked with refining website copy and collaborating with designers and photographers to maintain high-quality brand imagery. Creative & Agency Coordination: Collaborate with the CMO to establish a structured reporting system and roadmap for our Meta advertisements, evaluating performance and determining new creative directions. Translate these insights into clear briefs for external ad agencies and UGC creators. Reporting & Prioritization: Manage weekly performance reports across email, paid media, and sales, working alongside the CMO to identify strengths, weaknesses, and focus areas for improvement. Product Demos: Conduct live product demonstrations with potential customers via Zoom, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and real-world applications of the MAGIC Mirror to enhance conversion rates. Strategy & Forecasting: Partner with the CMO and senior leadership to refine growth projections and expansion strategies, providing valuable insights that influence key business decisions. The Ideal Candidate: We seek a proactive, results-oriented individual who excels in a fast-moving DTC landscape. You should be comfortable managing projects independently, prioritizing tasks under pressure, and translating strategic visions into actionable results across multiple channels.
