Proficiency in designing and executing customer loyalty and reward programs. A proven track record of enhancing the performance of marketing channels. Strong leadership capabilities. Experience with online media planning. Ability to manage website content, including product imagery and editorial content. Experience in executing targeted email and viral marketing campaigns. Strong budget management skills and adherence to deadlines. Experience leading a small team.

  • Conducting comprehensive customer data analysis and creating detailed customer profiles.
  • Developing and implementing robust customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Executing effective data capture initiatives to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Managing the customer database while executing targeted database marketing campaigns.
  • Leveraging customer data for multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to specific audiences.
  • Implementing and supervising pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Ensuring optimal search engine optimization (SEO) practices to boost online visibility.
  • Managing social media advertising to enhance brand reach.
  • Conducting competitive analysis reports to inform marketing strategies.
  • Strategizing and executing marketing initiatives across various channels including social media, email, PPC, affiliate marketing, SEO, and direct marketing.
  • Coordinating partnerships with magazines and third parties, as well as organizing online competitions and offers for readers.
  • Planning and executing online sales promotions and customer offers.
  • Overseeing brand promotions and offers to maximize engagement.
  • Maintaining a dynamic marketing calendar and communicating upcoming activities across relevant departments.
  • Utilizing Google Analytics to monitor and report on online performance metrics.
  • Providing weekly financial performance reports and channel performance analysis.
