Qualifications:- Minimum of three years of technical experience in eDiscovery, focusing on compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing information to fulfill project requirements.- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
CGS Federal is in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented eDiscovery Technician to bolster our legal team within a prominent Federal agency in Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
- Record production details in the Agency's eDiscovery Tracking System.
- Summarize lengthy cover letters to provide concise descriptions of productions.
- Contact producing parties to retrieve passwords for encrypted media.
- Assess cover letters for substantive content that warrants loading into Relativity.
- Conduct off-network virus scans using multiple antivirus software tools.
- Follow established protocols to manage or reject productions with detected issues.
- Transfer virus-free productions to the Agency's network.
- Adhere to specific protocols for handling various document types, including whistleblower reports, RFPA documents, MOUs, international documents, BSA documents, audio files, transcripts, laptops, and paper documents.
- Evaluate productions to determine necessary processing steps and the appropriate protocols to follow.
- Ensure data completeness and readiness for loading.
- Monitor incoming productions via email and the Agency's FTP site.
- Scan and OCR select paper documents in preparation for Relativity loading.
- Coordinate off-site scanning for productions consisting of multiple boxes of paper.
