Key Responsibilities:
- Log production details into the Agency's eDiscovery Tracking System.
- Summarize cover letters, potentially lengthy, with concise production descriptions.
- Contact the producing party to secure passwords for encrypted media.
- Assess cover letters for substantial information suitable for loading into Relativity.
- Conduct virus scans on productions using multiple antivirus tools off-network.
- Follow protocols to address or reject productions with detected issues.
- Transfer virus-free productions to the Agency's network.
- Adhere to specific protocols for handling diverse document types including whistleblower, RFPA, MOU documents, international documents, BSA documents, audio files, transcripts, laptops, or paper.
- Analyze productions to determine processing requirements and follow appropriate protocols.
- Validate data completeness and readiness for loading, reporting incomplete items to the assigned Litigation Support Specialist.
- Monitor incoming productions via email and the Agency's FTP site.
- Prepare small quantities of paper documents for loading into Relativity through scanning and OCR.
- Coordinate off-site scanning for large volumes of paper productions.
