This role will directly assist the Editor-in-Chief with an array of publicity and organizational responsibilities. Tasks will include coordinating high-profile photo shoots, managing VIP lists at exclusive events, reaching out to celebrity PR representatives for features, conducting internet research, and performing light editing and proofreading, among other duties.
As a face of Felix Magazine, the Editorial Assistant must embody professionalism and charm during major events such as runway shows, recruitment fairs, and cocktail parties.
