Your Responsibilities

As a Trainer - Education Consultant, you will engage with a revamped delivery model that aligns training with active implementation milestones, from project kickoff to hypercare. By moving away from isolated content development, you will work closely with ongoing customer projects, customizing each training session to address real-world scenarios and evolving customer needs.

Your role will be instrumental in driving measurable outcomes through regular customer training and the development of hands-on, scenario-based educational programs that mirror actual customer workflows. Collaborating with Solution Delivery and Customer Success teams, you will identify training gaps and devise proactive solutions to promote long-term adoption. Your consulting mindset will allow you to listen to customer needs and convert them into effective learning experiences, elevating the skills of our users.

Conduct engaging live Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) using interactive, scenario-based exercises tailored for both end-users and admin-level audiences, adjusting your facilitation style in real time based on participant engagement and understanding.
Guide participants through live exercises and unpredictable situations, keeping a clear focus on learning objectives and making judicious decisions as priorities change.
