Your Role:
As the Education Program Manager at Correlation One, you will significantly influence the success of our online training initiatives by overseeing essential elements of program delivery and aiding the Program Operations team in strategic endeavors. You will be pivotal in the preparation, launch, and maintenance of global training initiatives, including those in Japan and Australia, with opportunities to extend support to programs in Europe and the Americas. Your efforts will ensure seamless teamwork and exceptional customer service.
The perfect candidate will excel in project and program management, adeptly handling multiple deadlines and tasks involving various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass the setup and management of applications, recruitment of instructional staff, collaboration across diverse teams, and communication with clients.
This role, reporting to a Senior Program Manager, calls for a motivated individual with a track record in program management. A successful candidate will possess a keen ability to learn swiftly, exhibit a strong work ethic, demonstrate initiative, and effectively navigate ambiguity with patience. You should be passionate about transforming lives through education and eager to engage with large-scale or diverse programs as we continue our expansion.
